Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation and the progress of your booking:

⚠️ Non-Refundable Scenarios
Failure to provide required documentation (vaccination records, travel certificates, etc.)
Incorrect or false information that affects transport eligibility
Customer no-show or delay that disrupts the pickup timeline
💸 Crypto Refunds
If you paid with BTC or USDT, refunds will be issued in the same currency, minus any applicable network fees.
