It is very important we walk you through how the delivery is done so you know what you can expect and not expect. It is also important to note that the delivery of life animals is a variable process which is subject to constant changes with the proceedings and also depends on the different regions and their different regulations but not to bother PetWings is here and has you covered to make every move a stress free move both for you and your pet. 

Firstly when pets are registered for delivery with us, a delivery fee is paid which starts from $120 and above depending on destination and mode of delivery. 

After this fee is paid your pet is registered and a tracking number is issued. Immediately the tracking number is issued, the status is “PENDING”. 

We then proceed with our vets to do medical test for your pets to make sure they are fit for delivery. If they are lacking any vaccines, PetWings administers these vaccines for extra cost depending on the vaccine. 

We also proceed to check the documents of your pet and if  everything is in place, we send them to the waiting room. If some documents are lacking or required, PetWings is also there to follow up these documents immediately based on the connections we have this process takes just few minutes to get the papers ready. 

The size of your pet is evaluated and a customized crate made available and the receiver of the pet can rent or buy this crate. If the client rents the crate, 92% of the amount paid is refunded to the client upon delivery of the pet at their home. Likewise if the receiver chooses to purchase the crate, everything is handed to them upon delivery with a purchase receipt. 

From here an anti stress vaccine is also administered to your pets to make sure the journey is a comfortable one for them. 

Rare Scenarios 

• In some cases, insurance is required for the pets which is fully refundable to the clients upon delivery. 
• Clients might also witness a demand for the payment of City Permits etc. 
• Any extra cost the delivery process is incurred is fully refundable to the clients for those that are refundable.
